You can follow artists you like to receive notifications of new shared images, and this means that other artists can also follow you to receive updates on your recently shared designs.
Currently, it is not possible to block someone from following you and receiving notifications of your activities. But you can stop following people you don't want to receive notifications from. To do so, just go to the artist profile and tap on "Following" to unfollow.
